Exchange Policy

At Kreations Embroidery & Gifts, we are happy to accept exchanges for items purchased in our store or on our website within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Store credit will be issued by gift card or as a credit to your customer account once the item has been received and accepted back in the store. Gift cards may be used in-store and do not expire. If your purchase was made online, you have 14 days from the date you received your product to initiate an exchange with us. All local pickup orders must be picked up in-store within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange. Online orders picked up in-store after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number is required when shipping item(s) back to us. All returns must be packaged securely and include the original order packing slip and/or order number to help us process your exchange.

All online and in-store orders that are not picked up within 60 days will be placed back into inventory, and a store credit will be issued. All personal items dropped off at Kreations Embroidery & Gifts that are not picked up within 60 days will be donated. Due to limited storage space, we are unable to hold orders or personal items for longer than 60 days.

Store credit or exchange will only be provided when items are returned in the condition in which they were purchased. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags attached. Items that were damaged at the time of purchase may be eligible for an exchange or store credit provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags attached. Jewelry and all other accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items and any other items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Seasonal items are also FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
